Welcome to Bed and Breakfast Bus86 owned by Patrizia, a Canadian citizen that returned to her Roman roots. Visit us soon and experience feeling at home, on the border of Rome!

We called our BB in Rome Bus86 because the top of the line is a few steps away and it will take you straight to the New Metro B1 that goes downtown where the major attractions are, giving you insight views of the eternal city along the way.

If you are renting a car for your holidays, we are strategically situated near the GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare) the freeway that circles Rome, close to the Roma-Firenze highway, and it will be very easy for you to find us and to plan your tours from here. Traffic update on the GRA can be seen on the Octotelematics website.

Stay in touch with our website because we will be doing our best to make it useful for everyone adding all sorts of information, resources and “italian things” that will make your visit to Rome easier and more enjoyable.

Our Bed and Breakfast is located at Via Carlo Muscetta 180 in the Cinquina-Bufalotta area, near Porta di Roma, a new born district that came to life along with the Porta di Roma Plaza – one of Rome’s biggest shopping centers containing IKEA and Leroy Merlin, a Movie Theatre as well as a great variety of stores and restaurants.

Our home is in a semi-central location surrounded by the districts of Montesacro, Talenti, Nuovo Salario and Vigne Nuove.

Near our place you can find the DIMA Carrefour Mall on Via delle Vigne Nuove; the Virgin Active Fitness Center in Talenti; the Parco Naturale della Marcigliana; the RAI Nomentano TV Studios (also known as DEAR Studios); a horse riding school center (Circolo Ippico Tor San Giovanni); the Italian Soka Gakkai Buddhism Instituteand the Christian Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses

We are also very close to the Sant’Andrea Hospital, the Casa di Cura Villa Domelia, the Casa di Cura Villa Valeria, the Casa di Cura Villa Salaria and the Sandro Pertini Hospital.
